Description- Plan, execute, and finalise audit assignments in line with client requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
- Identify potential issues and offer recommendations to improve client processes and compliance.
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their professional development.
- Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing queries and providing updates on audit progress.
- Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to internal quality control procedures.
- Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and legislation relevant to the professional services industry.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies.
- Professional qualifications in accounting, such as ACA or ACCA.
- Proven experience in auditing within the professional services industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem‑solving and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work.
- Competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £55,000 per annum.
