• Plan, execute, and finalise audit assignments in line with client requirements and deadlines.
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
• Identify potential issues and offer recommendations to improve client processes and compliance.
• Supervise and mentor junior team members, ensuring their professional development.
• Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing queries and providing updates on audit progress.
• Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards, adhering to internal quality control procedures.
• Stay updated on changes in accounting standards and legislation relevant to the professional services industry.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of audit processes and methodologies.

• Professional qualifications in accounting, such as ACA or ACCA.
• Proven experience in auditing within the professional services industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounting and auditing standards.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.
