Accounts Assistant

Accounts Assistant 6-Month Temporary Contract | Bicester (Hybrid) | Up to £35,000 Robert Half Ltd are working with a business in Bicester that are looking for a an Accounts Assistant to join the team on a temporary basis. This is a broad role ranging across transactional accounting.

Key Responsibilities Manage cashbook, sales and purchase ledger activities. Complete bank and month-end reconciliations. Support credit control and customer statements. Process supplier invoices, credit notes, expenses and payment runs. Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems. Handle confidential financial information appropriately. Support the wider finance team with day-to-day tasks. What They're Looking For Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Experience with reconciliations, credit control and payment processing. Confident using accounting systems and commercial software. Dynamics 365 Business Central experience is desirable.
