Finance Assistant

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:
Processing invoices Reconciling supplier statements and keeping the bank accounts up to date Handling bank reconciliations for one main account Managing credit control, including sending out invoices and chasing payments by phone and email (with support from the FC) Supporting the day-to-day accountancy needs of the business

What you will need:

Previous experience in a similar role (Accounts Assistant, Finance Assistant, Accounts Clerk, or similar) Hands-on experience with Xero (or similar accounting software) A full UK driver’s licence At least 1 year’s experience in finance A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to get on with people Ambition to progress and develop your career What you will get:
