What role you will play in our team
We are currently looking for a full time UK Medicine & Occupational Health (MOH) Administrator.
What you will doIn this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the UK Medicine & Occupational Health (MOH) team, helping deliver high quality occupational health, wellbeing, and industrial hygiene services across UK sites. You’ll manage diaries, coordinate meetings and events, and serve as the front-line contact for enquiries, ensuring issues are handled efficiently and professionally. You will play a key role in maintaining and processing confidential clinical documentation, managing electronic and paper medical records, and supporting statutory health surveillance activities.
The role also involves liaising with external providers, handling procurement tasks, and assisting with MOH care management, emergency response, and various governance requirements. As a trusted member of the team, you’ll contribute to smooth daily operations and support a wide range of projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
To be eligible for this role, you should:
- High level of administrative, organizational & IT (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SAP) skills and experience
- Ability to be flexible, multitask, prioritize, work on own initiative & make sound decisions
- Dynamic, assertive and proactive approach. Excellent interpersonal skills & effective team member/team player
- Good time management skills. Must be able to work to tight and changing deadlines and workload
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally at all levels within the organisation
- Ability to cope effectively with change and manage challenging situations
- Ability to be sensitive to the diversity of needs of all employee
- Understand data privacy and maintain confidentiality of personal and sensitive data at all times
- Demonstrate effective problem solving skills as well as demonstrating good judgment at all times
- Current or previous experience of working in an occupational health or clinical setting
- Evidence of Knowledge & understanding of company internal systems, policies & practices
- Good knowledge of Systems Application and Products (SAP) to include creating new vendors and paying invoices from purchase orders
- Evidence of additional qualifications in Adminstration
