Client Relations Coordinator – Southampton (site-based)
Full-time | Monday–Friday | Temporary (with strong potential to go permanent)

Salary: £26,000-£29,000

You’ll be the welcoming face of the office and a key part of the on-site support team, helping to create an outstanding experience for colleagues, clients and visitors every day.

What you’ll be doing :

Acting as front of house – welcoming visitors and managing reception

Supporting meeting rooms, events and AV/video conferencing

Coordinating facilities and suppliers

Supporting new starters with office set-up and inductions

Managing post, deliveries and day-to-day office operations

Providing basic on-site IT and desk set-up support

Supporting health & safety and office compliance activity

What we’re looking for:

A confident, organised and personable coordinator

Strong Microsoft Office and Teams skills

Someone who enjoys being on site, visible and hands-on

A natural relationship-builder who thrives in a busy office environment
