The Royal Yachting Association is looking for a full-time Certification Administrator based in Hamble, near Southampton. The role requires attention to detail and experience in customer support and administration. You will maintain records, process certification applications, and be the main contact for enquiries from instructors and the public.

Essential qualifications include GCSEs in English and Maths, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. There are numerous benefits, including 33 days of holiday and a pension contribution.
