Role OverviewThe primary responsibility of the Operations Support Administrator is to support the business, providing the administration needed to service Hilton-Baird Collection Services and the wider Hilton-Baird Group. The role involves meeting personal and team targets while maintaining high levels of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Data entry and transposition from source format to Excel
- Loading instructions onto the Saleslogix collections platform
- Filing and retrieving paperwork
- Answering and screening phone calls and resolving queries
- Supporting the collections team in their duties
- Any other duties required as part of a special project
- Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
- GCSE standard or above; business or professional qualifications preferred
- High level of attention to detail
- Computer proficiency – Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage or a similar accounts system
- Proven team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Able to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Hard worker, punctual and reliable
