- Welcoming visitors and managing front‑of‑house duties
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Handling emails and general enquiries
- Supporting with administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and scheduling

- Previous experience in reception and administration essential
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
