To work closely with the Practice Manager, to provide a timely and responsive service for the implementation and maintenance of all business,administrative, clinical and patient services and functions.

Lockswood surgery has around 14,000 patients with 5 Partners,5 salaried GPs and a strong Nursing team. This sits alongside a very strong reception and admin team, lead by Team leads and Operations Managers.

• Qualifications/Certificates in ILM LEVEL 5 or equivalent management experience
• Recognised qualification to diploma level or above
• A demonstrable commitment to professional development

• Budgets and finance, spreadsheets, accounts
• Previous experience of General Practice Management Experience of EMIS WEB clinical system
• Experience of Microsoft Office software
• Experience of dealing with the public/patients
