Lockswood surgery has around 14,000 patients with 5 Partners,5 salaried GPs and a strong Nursing team. This sits alongside a very strong reception and admin team, lead by Team leads and Operations Managers.
Person Specification Qualifications- Qualifications/Certificates in ILM LEVEL 5 or equivalent management experience
- Recognised qualification to diploma level or above
- A demonstrable commitment to professional development
- Experience
- Demonstrable experience of people management
- Budgets and finance, spreadsheets, accounts
- Previous experience of General Practice Management Experience of EMIS WEB clinical system
- Experience of Microsoft Office software
- Experience of dealing with the public/patients
