About the role

You will be working within their Southern Regional business, where you will: co-ordinate all activities related to the document control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence.

Responsibilities
  • Check that all information complies with specified company formats, templates and standards.
  • Set up and manage the timely compilation of operational and maintenance manuals.
  • Maintain the documents and drawings providing a full comprehensive traceability of change.
Qualifications
  • As an experienced Document Controller, you will have a good understanding of electronic document management systems and be educated to NVQ level or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge about setting up and using electronic document management systems, spreadsheets, databases, word processing and selected job specific software.
  • Regular travel to and from sites in the South region required; must hold a driving license.
