Trainee Accounts Assistant Bedford £25,300 Monday to Friday, 9:00 am 5:30 pm 25 days holiday training progression Overview A successful and expanding flooring subcontractor in Bedford is looking for a Trainee Accounts Assistant to join its friendly commercial and accounts team. This is an entry-level position with full training provided, ideal for someone looking to start a career in accounts, finance or commercial administration.

The Role Trainee Accounts Assistant This is an office-based role supporting the accounts team with accurate data entry and financial administration. (Joining a team of

Key Responsibilities Data inputting for supplier and fitter invoices Supporting accounts payable processes Updating internal spreadsheets and trackers Assisting with basic commercial administration Maintaining accurate digital and paper records Learning financial procedures and systems Working closely with a small accounts/commercial team Quick Books experience would be helpful but is not essential full training is provided. The Right Person No experience required full training provided Good attention to detail Confident with data entry Comfortable working independently and within a small team Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel would be great) Keen to learn, progress and take on more responsibility Reliable, organised and able to meet deadlines Friendly, down-to-earth personality suited to a relaxed office Working Hours Monday to Friday 9:00 am 5:30 pm 30 hours also considered Interviews Interviews available Wednesday or Friday .
