Manager The Opportunity We are currently recruiting for an experienced Business Administrator.

Key Responsibilities Provide administrative support to the Site Manager and project team. Coordinate site meetings and prepare agendas. Manage site diaries and maintain records of daily activities. Assist with workforce attendance records and time sheets. Organise site inductions and maintain training records Process purchase orders and goods received notes. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors regarding deliveries and invoices. Maintain records of plant, equipment, and material orders.

Assist with invoice matching and processing. . Essential Strong administrative and organisational skills. Experience working in a busy environment with competing priorities.
