The Role As a Mortgage Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the mortgage process from application through to completion, ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and business partners.
Your responsibilities will include:- Managing mortgage cases from application through to completion.
- Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, developers, lenders and mortgage advisers to ensure cases progress smoothly.
- Updating and maintaining accurate records on internal systems.
- Providing regular updates to clients and third parties throughout the mortgage journey.
- Preparing and processing mortgage documentation.
- Carrying out compliance and file checks.
- Managing incoming emails and telephone enquiries professionally.
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.
- Previous administration experience within financial services, ideally mortgages.
- Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
- The ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple cases.
- A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
- Starting salary of £25,00 - £28,000

Monday – Friday | 9:00am – 5:30pm (37.5 hours per week, 1-hour lunch)
