Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded mortgage brokerage in Southampton to recruit a Mortgage Administrator.

The Role As a Mortgage Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the mortgage process from application through to completion, ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and business partners.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing mortgage cases from application through to completion.
  • Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, developers, lenders and mortgage advisers to ensure cases progress smoothly.
  • Updating and maintaining accurate records on internal systems.
  • Providing regular updates to clients and third parties throughout the mortgage journey.
  • Preparing and processing mortgage documentation.
  • Carrying out compliance and file checks.
  • Managing incoming emails and telephone enquiries professionally.
  • Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous administration experience within financial services, ideally mortgages.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A professional and friendly telephone manner.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
  • The ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple cases.
  • A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
