School Receptionist

We are currently seeking a receptionist for a lovely organisation within the education sector. This is a very exciting opportunity for someone who is looking for an interesting, varied role. In this role you will be supporting the Office Manager, providing reception support for the school, along with a variety of administrative responsibilities. This is a part time job, with the expectation to work some of the school holidays.

As a School Receptionist, you’ll be responsible for being the first point of contact for visitors, and pupils. You will play a key role ensuring smooth day-to-day running of the reception area, providing a warm welcome to all visitors. You will be answering the telephone, dealing with queries face to face, handling email enquiries, and monitoring morning registers. This is a great working environment and offers a great opportunity to work for a fantastic school.

In order to be considered for this role you will need to be capable of using initiative and turning your hand to any task. You will need to have previous customer facing administrative experience and excellent communication skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. You must be comfortable using Microsoft office and be able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

This role will be working approximately 24.5 hours a week, with the requirement to work some of the school holidays.
