Inspire Neurocare place the people we support at the heart of our service, and our main aim is to empower recovery and restore lives by providing life changing neurorehabilitation and specialist care for people living with complex neurological conditions, brain and spinal injuries, stroke, early-onset dementia and progressive neurological conditions.
We are a growing neurorehabilitation service based in Nursling, Southampton, committed to providing high-quality, person-centred care for our residents and their families. As a relatively new service, this is an exciting opportunity to join us at a key stage in our development and play an important role in shaping a warm, welcoming and well-organised environment.
We are looking for a compassionate, motivated and proactive Part-Time Administration Assistant/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and healthcare professionals, ensuring that everyone who walks through our doors receives a warm and efficient service. The Admin Assistant/Receptionist will support both Reception and Administration tasks including handling calls, dealing with general enquiries and supporting with a variety of different general office tasks.
This role is key to helping our service run smoothly and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and supported. To do this well, the post-holder will bring a caring approach, professionalism, respect for confidentiality and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about people and is confident interacting with a wide range of individuals.

Please note:
This is a Part-Time position working 32 hours over 4 days per week including weekends. We are happy to be flexible with the specific weekday you work and will consider other alternative suggestions, as long as they support the needs of the service. However, weekend working cannot be adjusted.

- Greeting visitors and providing a welcoming Reception experience.
- Be the first point of contact for visitors and third parties contacting the Centre, offering outstanding customer service, warmly welcoming visitors and providing refreshments.
- Making sure that all enquiries are dealt with professionally and effectively, ensuring that all information is redirected and dealt with accordingly.
- Handling incoming calls and emails professionally and confidently
- Coordinating and facilitating site visits for potential residents and their families
- Support the Business Administrator and other team members with any daily tasks.
- Ensure Reception and waiting areas are tidy, welcoming, and compliant with health and safety standards.
Experience with in Health and Social Care is welcome, but not essential - we place great value on the right attitude and personal qualities.
