• Competitive basic salary circa £38,000 with OTE reaching £40,000
• Monday to Friday working hours, 08:30 – 17:00, with optional overtime at weekends

• Diagnosing vehicle faults using state-of-the-art diagnostic systems such as BMW ISTA and Autologic
• Conducting routine vehicle servicing and maintenance
• Performing complex repairs, including timing belt replacements and system diagnostics
• Conducting vehicle inspections and test drives to assess performance
• Completing accurate service records and documentation
• Adhering to health and safety protocols and company procedures
• Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional image

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in vehicle diagnostics and mechanical repair, ideally within a prestige brand environment
• Full UK driving licence
• MOT Tester licence or willingness to obtain one
• Strong diagnostic skills, particularly with BMW ISTA and other diagnostic tools
• Proven ability to perform complex repairs, including timing belts and system diagnostics
• Qualification of City and Guilds AVCE, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent
• Own toolkit sufficient for vehicle repairs and diagnostics
• Excellent attention to detail, problem solving skills, and the ability to work independently
