- Mentoring and supporting less experienced colleagues
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Attending training sessions to stay current with technical advancements
- Relevant City & Guilds, BTEC, or NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 qualifications in vehicle maintenance
- Proven experience working within a franchise dealership or authorised workshop
- Strong fault diagnosis skills, with an MOT Tester qualification preferred
- Excellent customer service skills and a proactive approach
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
- Organisational skills and a commitment to meeting deadlines
