Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service experience, ensuring professional and positive interactions. Efficiently schedule vehicle repairs and services, maintaining clear communication with customers and workshop personnel. Maintain accurate and detailed customer records within company systems. Promote additional services and repairs based on technician recommendations to maximise workshop revenue. Provide regular, transparent updates to customers regarding vehicle progress.

Develop product knowledge through manufacturer-led training sessions. Build long-term customer relationships by consistently delivering exceptional service. Requirements of a Service Advisor:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor within the automotive industry. Familiarity with dealership management systems such as Kerridge, Keyloop, or RTC is advantageous. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional approach to engaging customers. Strong organisational skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment. A valid UK driving licence is essential. A motivated, personable attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop within the role.
