Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
Every Other Saturday, 8:00am - 12:00pm

The Role
A leading commercial vehicle dealership in Southampton is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Service Advisor to join their busy and successful aftersales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor with experience in the commercial vehicle, truck, HGV, bus, coach, or automotive sectors who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

· Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the service and repair process.

· Booking vehicles into the workshop for servicing, maintenance, and repairs.

· Preparing job cards and accurately recording customer requirements.

· Providing updates on vehicle progress and communicating any additional work required.

· Liaising closely with workshop staff to ensure efficient workflow and turnaround times.

· Raising estimates, invoices, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately.

· Delivering a high standard of customer service at all times.

Requirements

· Previous experience as a Service Advisor within a commercial vehicle, HGV, PSV, truck, or automotive dealership environment.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Excellent organisational and administrative abilities.

· Ability to work effectively in a busy workshop environment.

· Good IT and system skills.

· Full UK Driving Licence preferred.
