Associate Research Director; Quantitative

We’re seeking an Associate Director to join our team and lead the delivery of high-impact research and actionable insights for our clients. This role centers around driving strategic research projects and providing deep insights that guide key business decisions, while also managing client relationships and supporting account growth. You’ll take ownership of the full research process, from study design to analysis, ensuring findings translate into meaningful strategies that help clients succeed.

In addition to leading research initiatives, you’ll strengthen client partnerships through clear, data-driven storytelling, identify new opportunities for account expansion, and uphold operational excellence across your portfolio.

Your expertise in quantitative and qualitative research methods, combined with your experience in Customer Experience (CX) projects, will empower you to deliver impactful insights and drive both client satisfaction and business growth.
