Job Description

In our growth and innovation journey, we seek a Partnership Development Manager to bring insights and expertise to our P&O Cruises sales team.

The role covers either Scotland and Northern Ireland OR the North of England and the Midlands, requiring travel across these regions.

Role Overview

The P&O Cruises Sales team aims to make P&O Britain’s #1 holiday choice. Working with trade partners, we deliver top guest experiences and seamless bookings.

As Partnerships Development Manager, you will support account management for a portfolio of travel agent partners, developing revenue and business opportunities.

This role involves:

  • Seeking and evaluating new partnership opportunities to expand distribution for P&O Cruises
  • Developing and monitoring sales plans to meet profit targets
  • Managing monthly budget reconciliation, accruals, and forecasts for agencies

This is a full-time, permanent position at CUK
08 level. Extensive UK and overseas travel is required, and a full UK driving license is necessary.

What You'll Bring

We seek candidates with:

  • Experience in sales and account management, preferably in travel or cruises
  • Experience in marketing—direct mail, press, or online
  • A proven track record in ROI and target achievement
  • Trade relationship management skills
  • Proficiency in IT packages (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
