Purpose for Fixed TermLimited Term Project
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development of the adult acquired cardiac service, aligning work with relevant standards and requirements (e.g. GIRFT, RCS recommendations, NHSE Service Specification).
- Embed sustainable practices to support theatre utilisation, optimised patient pathways and strong team working.
- Develop the team structure to support sub‑specialisation, succession planning and wider service development (e.g. a single aortic stenosis pathway).
- Work within the terms and conditions of service for Consultants (England) 2003.
- Minimum of 35 days paid holiday (pro rata).
- Entitlement to a generous pension scheme.
