Apprentice Client Executive

Overview

Everywhen is launching the 2026 intake of its Emerging Careers Apprenticeship Programme. The role is a full‑time Apprenticeship Client Executive position based in either Swansea or Southampton (commute required). Apprentices begin the programme in September 2026 and will undergo a 6‑week induction before moving onto an 18‑month apprenticeship that includes supported study for a Level 3 insurance qualification and Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) certification.

• Portfolio Support – manage the day‑to‑day running of the assigned client portfolio, including renewal actions and invoicing.
• Relationship Building – develop and maintain constructive professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Renewal/New Business Support – create presentations, gather renewal data, and attend client meetings as needed.
• System Administration – keep client records accurate in the CRM system and suggest process improvements.

• Full‑time commitment starting September 2026, with a reasonable commute to Swansea or Southampton.
• Willingness to participate in induction, training, and supported study towards Level 3 insurance qualifications.
• Ability to achieve CII certification upon completion of the apprenticeship.
