Role overview Our Sales and Accounts Assistant is a pivotal role in the growth of the business. As a rapidly growing business in both size and turnover, we are looking for a person to join our team and be a part of our success.
Customer satisfaction is a key driver to what we are looking to achieve, and this role is instrumental in ensuring all customers both past and present are given exemplary customer service with an emphasis on sales. Key Tasks Receive inbound orders and process accordingly. Process orders from the external sales team. Liaise with other departments re invoice processing. Update customer database and recontact lapsed clients.
Criteria Knowledge and Skills Confident and effective communicator. Organised and a good knowledge of Microsoft Office. Self starter who thrives on success. Experience What You Have Done
Experience of outbound and inbound telephone call handling.
Experience of working in a customer centric position either face to face or over the telephone. Have worked in a commercially driven environment.
