Location: Remote (occasional travel to Manchester or London)

Contract: 3–6 months (potential extension)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Manager to join our team on an interim basis. You will play a key role as Commercial Lead on major public sector bids, ranging from £25 M to £500 M. This is an exciting opportunity to work on high‑value, complex deals within a dynamic and fast‑paced environment.

• Lead commercial activities on large‑scale public sector bids.
• Review and negotiate client contracts and supplier agreements.
• Ensure governance compliance and prepare documentation for divisional and group‑level approvals.
• Conduct risk analysis and pricing assessments for bids.
• Represent the commercial function in executive‑level meetings.

• Proven experience in commercial management within large‑scale bids or complex projects.
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
• Ability to manage governance processes and engage confidently with senior stakeholders.
• Financial acumen and understanding of risk management.
• Background in legal or finance is advantageous but not essential.
