This is a full time, permanent position that functions entirely remotely. You will be helping our team turn complex organizational information into clear, actionable records that help businesses run more smoothly. About the Role This role is designed for someone who enjoys organizing information and finding the logic in messy situations. In our advisory work, we often encounter teams that are overwhelmed by too much data and not enough clarity. This role exists to change that. As a Junior Data Operations Analyst, you will join our remote team to manage the internal data structures that support our consulting work.

Your daily focus will be on reducing the friction that comes from lost notes, conflicting updates, and unclear records. By keeping our data accurate and consistent, you ensure our leadership advice is always based on reality.
What You Will Do

• Review and organize meeting notes into consistent, searchable daily records for our team.
• Update internal tracking systems to reflect exactly who owns specific project tasks and deadlines.
• Map out how decisions move through an organization and identify where information tends to get stuck.
• Maintain the central project database to ensure all naming conventions and filing systems are followed.
• Prepare weekly status reports by gathering and consolidating information from different tracking tools.
• Catalog feedback and observations from client interviews to help consultants spot recurring themes.
• Audit project folders regularly to make sure the digital workspace is clean and structured.
• Coordinate with fellow consultants to ensure that data entry habits remain consistent across the firm.
