Experteer Overview As Senior Procurement Manager you will shape the firm's procurement function to deliver value and transparency across third-party spend. You'll influence senior stakeholders, design practical procurement frameworks, and drive strategic sourcing and supplier management to support the firm's growth and risk controls. The role offers high visibility and cross-functional collaboration, including a global coordination angle with the US. This is an opportunity to establish a modern, business-friendly procurement function from the ground up.

- Lead strategic sourcing activities and supplier selection Negotiate commercial terms and manage contracts throughout the lifecycle Oversee supplier relationship management and renewal planning Improve spend visibility and reduce duplication across the business Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders (Legal, IS, Risk, Governance) to ensure compliant onboarding Coordinate procurement efforts with US teams for global contracts Identify opportunities to optimise spend and enhance supplier performance Implement governance and procurement processes aligned with long-term business objectives Tasks Significant senior procurement experience in legal, professional services, financial services or similarly regulated environments Proven track record in delivering measurable commercial value and improving procurement functions Experience leading strategic sourcing, tender processes, and negotiations Strong contract and supplier lifecycle management expertise Technology procurement experience including software/SaaS and data‑driven services Ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority Experience working with legal, information security, risk, and governance functions Understanding of sustainable and responsible procurement with ESG considerations Key requirements flexible working health and wellbeing resources diversity, equity and inclusion initiatives Mindful Business Charter signatory inclusive recruitment practices employee support programs
