Health Innovation East has an exciting opportunity for a Business Operations Manager to join our rapidly expanding Health Informatics team.
Salary: £34,157 to £44,621 depending on experience
Hours of work: 37.5hrs/week (full time)

A bit more about the roleThe Health Informatics team has specialist skills in delivering complex, technical programmes of work that include providing secure environments for storing and accessing health and other sensitive data to support health and care delivery, research, and innovation.
This is a fixed-term maternity cover position in an operational role within a high-performing and innovative team. You will play a key role in supporting the effective and efficient delivery of the Health Informatics portfolio, while working closely with senior leadership to drive improvements in how the team operates, ensuring alignment with organisational priorities and enabling high-quality delivery across a diverse portfolio of projects.
This will be a varied role, with responsibility for leading onboarding and induction activity, supporting day-to-day business operations, coordinating procurement and finance administration, managing shared inbox activity, maintaining accurate operational records and trackers, supporting recruitment coordination, and helping to coordinate events and other project-related operational requirements. The role would suit someone who is highly organised, approachable and people-focused, with the confidence to work across different systems, processes and stakeholders to support colleagues and keep activity moving.
This post is based in our Cambridge office, with opportunities for hybrid working. Flexible working hours compatible with the role can be considered (including the possibility of working part time). There will be a requirement to attend some in-person meetings both within the Eastern region and nationally.
