UHS Estates Limited (UEL) is seeking an Estates Compliance Specialist to join the EFCD team onsite will monitor, report and advise on estates statutory and mandatory compliance, coordinating risk governance and supporting safe, compliant estates services.
You will work autonomously within scope of practice and collaborate with senior managers and safety groups, bringing knowledge of Health Technical Memorandums and UK legislation to inform decisions and continuous improvement.
