The role
As an Engineering Operations Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in keeping Engineering teams running efficiently. Supporting Engineering Business Operations, you'll ensure the accuracy of operational data, documentation, and reporting, while helping to streamline processes through automation and effective coordination. Working closely with leaders and stakeholders, you'll provide essential operational and administrative support that enables smarter decision-making and the successful delivery of key business activities.
Please note that this role can be based in either Southampton or Paddington with an expectation of four days per month in the office
Drive Data Quality & Insights – Maintain accurate Engineering data, improve data integrity through regular reviews and clean-up activities, and leverage AI to enhance reporting, accuracy, and decision-making.
