Are you a caring and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant looking for your next role in early years education?

Prospero Teaching is working with friendly and nurturing nurseries and early years settings across Central Southampton, who are looking for Level 2 or Level 3 qualified Nursery Assistants to support children during a crucial stage of their development. Roles are available on both a long-term and day-to-day supply basis, with immediate starts.

The Role:

• Support children aged 05 in a safe, stimulating, and caring environment
• Assist with play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Help with daily routines, including mealtimes and personal care
• Encourage children's social, emotional, and developmental progress
• Work collaboratively with nursery practitioners and room leaders

The Ideal Candidate:

• Holds a Level 2 or Level 3 Early Years qualification (preferred)
• Has previous UK nursery or early years experience
• Is warm, patient, and passionate about supporting young children
• Is reliable, proactive, and able to work as part of a team

What's on Offer:
