Our clients lovely business nursery in Waterlooville are looking for an experienced Nursery Manager to lead the day to day running of the nursery supporting the team and families. Working a 40 hr week salary is c46k depending on experience together with loads of great benefits.

• Have a minimum Level 3 Qualification or equivalent in Early Years / Childcare.
• At least 4 years experience of working within a day nursery.
• Experience of a management role in leading and supporting a team.
• Understanding of the Ofsted Requirements and up-to-date knowledge of all changes in Ofsted or the Curriculum.
• A genuine love for working with children and a commitment to providing the best start in life.
• A solid understanding of child development and the EYFS curriculum.
• Inspirational, passionate and supportive leadership skills.
• Form bonds with children and their families ensuring each child feels secure and supported.
• Promote high standards of quality within the nursery in respect of the environment, resources and experiences offered to children.
