Site Manager required for new build and refurbishment projects across the south.
This role involves overseeing a mix of new build and refurbishment projects with typical values ranging from £100k to £5m.
Responsibilities- Oversee trades and subcontractors.
- Deal with health and safety matters.
- Deliver toolbox talks.
- Complete necessary paperwork.
- Background in main contracting.
- SMSTS certification.
- First Aid certification.
- CSCS card.
- Experience managing projects from groundworks, steel frame and envelope completion, through internal works, fit out and handover.
- Experience on new build and refurbishment projects.
