Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project delivery from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring contracts are delivered safely, on time and to budget.
  • Coordinate design development, planning, procurement and client communications.
  • Manage subcontractors, supply chain partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain programme schedules, progress reporting, risk registers and quality assurance.
  • Ensure rigorous commercial control and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and delivery excellence.
About You
  • Proven experience managing façade, building envelope or complex construction packages.
  • Strong technical understanding of façade systems, specifications and construction sequencing.
  • Confident communicator with excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to manage budgets, change and contract variations.
  • Proficient with project planning software (e.g., MS Project / Power project).
