We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager (No.1) to provide short-term cover on a live residential development. This is a key leadership role, responsible for maintaining site operations, ensuring programme adherence, and upholding the highest standards of health, safety, and build quality.

Key Responsibilities:

Take full responsibility as No.1 on site during the cover period

Oversee day-to-day site operations on a live housing development

Manage subcontractors and coordinate trades effectively

Ensure strict adherence to health & safety regulations and company policies

Monitor progress against programme and report to senior management

Maintain high standards of quality control and customer satisfaction

Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings

Liaise with NHBC, inspectors

Requirements:

Proven experience as a No.1 Site Manager on residential developments (volume house building preferred)
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid at Work Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills

Ability to hit the ground running with minimal supervision
