Role
- Commercial management of an industrial construction project
- Cost control, valuations, variations and reporting
- Liaising with site teams, subcontractors and clients
- Supporting project delivery from a commercial perspective
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within a main contracting environment
- Background in industrial, commercial or civil engineering projects preferred
- Strong commercial awareness and communication skills
- Ability to commit to a long-term site-based role
