A well‑established UKAS‑accredited asbestos consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to support a growing workload across Southampton and the wider South Coast region. This is an excellent opportunity for a surveyor seeking a stable role with a structured workload and strong long‑term prospects.

This position is focused primarily on surveying, offering a consistent and well‑managed pipeline of work across domestic, commercial, and public sector sites.

• Carrying out Management and Refurbishment and Demolition (R&D) asbestos surveys
• Conducting bulk sampling across a range of property types
• Producing accurate and compliant survey reports in line with HSG
  264
• Managing workload efficiently across multiple sites
• Ensuring all work is carried out in line with HSE guidance and company procedures
• Liaising professionally with clients, contractors, and internal teams

• BOHS P402 (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
• Strong understanding of asbestos legislation and HSG
  264 guidance
• Professional, organised, and reliable
• Strong communication skills
