We are currently seeking an experienced No.1 Site Manager to oversee a fast-paced commercial fit out project valued at approximately 100k. This is a 4 week contract commencing on 12th June 2026, and we are looking for a proactive and hands-on manager who can take full responsibility for site operations from start to finish.

• Overall day-to-day management of the site and workforce.
• Coordination and supervision of subcontractors and trades.
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to the required quality standards.
• Conducting site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings.
• Maintaining site health & safety compliance and enforcing company procedures.
• Managing RAMS, permits to work, and site documentation.
• Liaising with the client, project team, and stakeholders.
• Monitoring project progress and reporting on programme performance.
• Managing material deliveries and site logistics.
• Carrying out quality inspections and snagging activities.
• Ensuring a clean, organised, and professional site environment at all times.

• Valid SMSTS certification.
• Valid First Aid at Work qualification.
• Proven experience managing commercial fit out projects as a No.1 Site Manager.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage programmes and drive works to completion.

• Black CSCS Card.
• Experience delivering fit-out projects within tight programmes.
