Senior Quantity Surveyor

An established and highly respected construction consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its growing Hampshire team.

• Deliver comprehensive pre and post‑contract Quantity Surveying services.
• Cost planning, estimating and budget management.
• Procurement strategy development and tender management.
• Contract administration and commercial management throughout project lifecycle.
• Preparation and negotiation of valuations, variations and final accounts.
• Risk management and cost reporting.
• Client‑facing stakeholder engagement and project delivery support.
• Working within NEC4 forms of contract and advising clients on contractual matters.

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Previous consultancy experience preferred.
• Strong pre and post‑contract Quantity Surveying experience.
• Excellent knowledge of NEC4 contracts.
• Healthcare project experience would be an advantage.
• MRICS qualified or working towards charter membership.
• Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple project stakeholders and work collaboratively within a project team.
