Energy Jobline ZR is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor in Southampton to support the commercial management of planned maintenance and void refurbishment programmes within social housing.
The successful candidate will manage Schedule of Rates contracts and ensure efficient and profitable project delivery by collaborating with operational and commercial teams. Strong experience in Quantity Surveying and knowledge of SOR frameworks are essential.
