Fawkes & Reece Southampton are working with a leading main contractor who are seeking a Graduate Quantity Surveyor to join one of their busy commercial teams. The project is a £90m infrastructure scheme on behalf of a local authority, with a scope that includes earthworks, infrastructure works, coastal defences, revetments and drainage.
Responsibilities- Accurate monthly forecasting
- Change control management and producing compensation events
- Sending enquiries to subcontractors
- Cashflow forecasts
- Producing and processing formal subcontract documents
- Producing interim and final accounts
- A degree in a Quantity Surveying subject or equivalent
- Understanding of civil engineering or infrastructure projects would be an advantage
- Right to live and work in the UK
