Trant is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to provide expert commercial and contract management support across multiple projects in the UK. You will monitor costs, manage subcontracts, administer NEC-based contracts, and support the Commercial Manager to deliver projects on time and within budget.
You will produce cost reports, handle variations and claims, maintain auditable records, and mentor junior staff while liaising with clients and suppliers.
