HOWELLS SOLUTIONS LIMITED is recruiting a Quantity Surveyor for social housing planned maintenance. Based in Hertfordshire/Essex, you will manage commercial aspects of refurbishment contracts and help deliver schemes on time and within budget.
You will control expenditure, reconcile cost/value reports, onboard subcontractors, maintain client relationships and ensure value for money, with knowledge of supply chain management and CVR processes.
