Synergy Personnel Ltd is recruiting an experienced Freelance Site Manager to oversee internal fit-out works on a Portsmouth project. You will manage day-to-day site activities, coordinate trades and ensure works progress safely, on time and to programme.
Ideal candidates will hold SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid, have strong leadership and planning skills, and demonstrate clear communication with subcontractors and site teams on site.
