My client is a leading design and build firm specialising in high-quality office fit-outs. With a reputation for delivering innovative and bespoke workplace solutions, we pride ourselves on working closely with clients to create functional, design-led environments that support modern ways of working.

We are looking for a confident and experienced Project Manager to join our growing delivery team. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end CAT A and CAT B office fit-out projects – ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard.

• Manage all aspects of fit-out projects from pre-construction to completion.
• Lead site teams and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
• Oversee health & safety, quality control, and programme management.
• Collaborate with clients, designers, and consultants throughout the delivery process.
• Handle progress reporting, financial forecasting, and snagging/defects close-out.

• Strong knowledge of construction processes and building regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple fast-paced projects concurrently.
• SMSTS, CSCS (Black/Gold), and First Aid qualified preferred.
