Site Agent

Site Agent - M4 Bath Were recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a major M4 Bath highways project, starting September.

Location:

A46, Bath Start:
September Rate: £400–£500 per shift DOE

The Role:

Take ownership of the day-to-day delivery of highways and civil engineering works Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and project resources Drive the programme and ensure works remain on schedule and within budget Oversee HSEQ, quality assurance and cost control across the project Build and maintain strong relationships with the client, delivery teams and key stakeholders Ensure all works are completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard, with a focus on right-first-time delivery

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience working as a Site Agent on highways or major civil engineering projects Strong leadership and people-management skills Good understanding of NEC contracts and CDM regulations Degree or HNC in Civil Engineering, or equivalent industry experience Valid CSCS Manager Card SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely If you're an experienced Site Agent looking for your next opportunity on a major infrastructure project, we'd love to hear from you.
