Internals Manager
Location:
Southampton
Salary: £250 – £280 per day
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
An established specialist construction contractor is looking for an experienced Internals Manager to join their team and take responsibility for the internal works on a major high‑rise residential development in Southampton.
The project is secured for approximately two years, with further projects already in the pipeline across the Southampton area, offering excellent long‑term stability and progression.
The Role:As Internals Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the internal works across the development, ensuring works are delivered safely, to programme and to the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities will include:- Managing the day-to-day internal works and site activities.
- Coordinating subcontractors and site teams.
- Planning and monitoring works against programme.
- Liaising with the main contractor, site management and project team.
- Ensuring works are completed to the required quality and specification.
- Monitoring progress, productivity and workmanship.
