South Yorkshire Remuneration: £40,000 - £50,000neg  Discretionary Bonus & Company Car allowance Benefits: 25 days annual leave & Strong benefits package The role of Estimator Fit-Out will involve:
Estimator position dealing withrange of commercial construction projects including fit-out, strip-out and refurb Typical projects include full turnkey solutions across medical, educational and leisure sectors Requirement to visit sites across the UK to conduct site surveys, attend project meetings and gather information required for estimating. Interpreting technical drawings, generating & following up quotations Negotiating with clients, project managers, quantity surveyors and internal estimating team Taking details from drawings to produce BOQs allowing for a timely return of quotations for customer deadlines Keeping good documentation of tenders and quotations on internal database Contacting customers, dealing with queries and providing additional technical information Working on projects ranging in value from £5000 to circa £5m The ideal applicant will be an Estimator Fit-Out with:
Must have Estimating experience within Fit-Out or closely related Would be open to someone within strip-out, refurb, new build or joinery Highly advantageous to have understanding of construction contracts and the ability to read and interpret contractual documentation.
