Customer Service Advisor

We are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join a friendly student accommodation team at Park House, Southampton, a small, close-knit 140-bed site in the city centre. This is a varied, front-of-house role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with people from different backgrounds and creating a welcoming, supportive environment for students living away from home. Part time: 20 hours per week / Monday-Friday 1-5pm.

Key Responsibilities Acting as the first point of contact for students, visitors and parents Providing friendly, day-to-day customer service and support to residents Managing parcel deliveries and collections Handling general enquiries and student requests in a timely manner Conducting viewings for prospective students and their families Keeping communal areas clean, tidy and presentable Taking a hands-on approach to ad-hoc tasks around the building Working closely with the wider property and maintenance teams to resolve issues About You Friendly, approachable and confident when dealing with people Strong communication and customer service skills Hands-on with a positive 'no job too small' attitude Organised, reliable and able to manage tasks independently Comfortable working on-site in a busy, people-focused environment
